Dreamily is what you're trying to strive for- like, you want the song to sound dreamy, not angry, etc. For that to happen, the tempo is 112, and on some parts, you'll have to increase the tempo to 121, 133, 146, etc. Obviously, if you're new to the piano, and this is a new piece, go slow. Once you get to know the song very well, increase the speed. You can use a metronome in the future if you think that you need one. My best recommendation is to always cut the tempo in half when starting a new piece, and then gradually begin to speed up.
